Recent Investments in the latest machines that accommodate Carbide cutting technology give us the edge over our competitors, our CS100 machine will cut materials to within .2mm, with a finish that does not need facing up, therefore cutting down the customers machining time.
Our Danobat machines will cut up to 520mm dia and with the new carbide blades produce cut pieces 3 times faster than before.

Bar Turning & Precision Grinding
The most popular of our services are bar turning and grinding. We can utilise our vast range of oversize bar to turn and grind the products to your exact size. These services can normally be completed within 7 days.
Delivery Nationwide
2007 saw the delivery of our new fleet of 7 vehicles that service the uk, we now have 2 x 18 tonne rigids, 3 x 7.5 tonne rigids, 1 x 35cwt pickup, and a 1 tonne L200 express delivery truck.
Our focus has always been on reliability, speed of response, and reducing lead times to you the customer, with our own vehicles we are in control of what and when we deliver to you.
